We received gift vouchers for an experience, when we tried to book the vouchers weren't valid anymore due to covid so I requested an extension. This was approved but you no longer participated in the activity they were bought for so I requested the buyer relieves a credit to his account as we bought the experience direct. I was assured that the account had been credited, but it seems the person who bought us the vouchers has still not been credited and is having to keep contacting you to sort this out. Not very good customer service!
