I had to cancel my bookings due to COVID issue and as I attempted to cancel, through your site, it was rejected stating the voucher had been redeemed. I did not go to my venue but did cancel with them on line the and when I tried to contact customer services to explain what happened on the number provided, it was uncontactable. So £79 out of pocket. What a disgrace. Avoid this site in the future.
