I bought the combination trip to visit the Shard and fizz at Marco Pierre white restaurant. I redeemed the ticket for the restaurant for Monday 12th July in London, but had to cancel due to COVID-19 reasons a week before the reservation date. I had cancelled on line but I can’t contact either the restaurant or buyagift customer services to find out how I can reuse the ticket for a future date. Should any of the buyagift team actually read this review? Feel free to give me an explanation or resolve this issue, if you do? I will leave a positive comment acknowledging your assistance.
