So much went wrong and I will never use this site again. There were misspellings on the card and it was addressed to the wrong person. Trying to get it corrected was a nightmare; it took four e mails, an online complaint to the company using their own form, and three telephone calls, all of which involved at least a 45 minute wait to be answered. For the first telephone call, I waited about 50 minutes for it to be answered and within 30 seconds the call was ended. On phoning back [involving another 45 minute wait] the customer service person just brushed it off with a "we are having some technical issues" and offered nothing in the way of an apology, as if it was nothing but a very slight inconvenience. It still isn't right, and one of the cards I have paid for is still missing, but I have given up trying to sort it out as dealing wih this company is so difficult and time consuming that I just can't face it any more.
