Do not use these people.
I wanted to change a hotel voucher for my husbands birthday and was told I couldn't even though we had raised our concerns after reading the hotel reviews. We wanted to have a special dinner and wanted to change the hotel as we found out the restaurant was closed...after waiting over a year to use our voucher we were very disappointed with the service
