I would have given NO STARS AT ALL were that possible. Frankly I'm amazed you have the temerity to send me an email asking "How did we do?' when you have - THREE TIMES - left me holding on to a phone line that never gets through to a 'live' person, for over 40 minutes each time - eventually promising that without losing my place in the queue, I can select to have to you call me back, but no call back materialises!
The 'gift' I wanted to buy was for a stay at the Mercure Hotel in Edinburgh - which is specifically and clearly advertised on the website, but there was no way to check availability without buying the gift first. After seeing that I could get a full refund as long as I applied within 60 days of purchase, I eventually took the plunge and paid for the 'gift', only to find that when I went to make the booking, the Mercure in Edinburgh is not even listed as an option with the gift I had purchased - even though the particular gift that I purchased was specifically for the MERCURE in Edinburgh! This is clearly a case of mis-selling. You cannot advertise something that you don't have access to!
I want my money back - but you are failing to respond to my emails and phone calls.
APPALLING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I need my money back and I need it NOW!
