I purchased 7 gifts, 2 e-vouchers and 5 standard envelopes . Received all except 1 envelope which was the most important. It’s was for my nieces birthday this Sunday. Cannot get through to you by phone , have tried 5 times, on hold for ages. Really disappointed. Have to just email her the voucher code to use, would have been really nice to give her the envelope.
