For my first purchase of a 2 night hotel break for two, very happy with the ease, speed, price and efficiency of the service.
For my second purchase of such a break not so happy. I placed a similar order but for a different venue and have been sent a repeat of the same as the first purchase.
My unhappiness has been further compounded by the fact that I emailed Buyagift with my problem but have not received either an acknowledgement or reply. This is the reason for the 2* rating above which would have been 5* if I had received a reply.
