Bought a spa day at Bannantynes but code didn't work. Tried phoning Bannantynes as advised by Buy a Gift customer services but no answer and told to go to website but no luck there booking or answering query. Could be an issue Bannantynes end? Buy a Gift did refund me quickly & emailed me promptly but disappointed i couldn't book the spa day
