I have bought a buy a gift voucher and was looking forward to use it. Had a really bad experience with Life House Spa. They made me feel like my voucher was not good enough. As it was discounted rate. Told me they had no room for people with my voucher but I can have a room, if I forget about my voucher and pay further £250 to Life House as they had room available for people paying the full rate ! Very disappointed and extremely embarrassed I was feeling when I spoken to Samual Mills 😊 Samuel, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH If it was not you I was going to return my voucher and never purchase further from Buyagift.
