It's not the gift that's the problem it's the fact I've tried to contact you several times to let you know there were two identical gifts ordered and I wish to get a refund for one.
I've never heard from you after several emails.
As usual companies are willing to sell products and want to know how well they've done but customer response isn't great.
Please, please respond in some way.
