I have always been very happy with the service but on this occasion I ordered an Evoucher on a Friday afternoon for a birthday present on the Sunday. The order was confirmed but no email arrived and no money had been taken from my account. Unable to ring to confirm all was in order as the telephone service does not operate from Fri 5pm until mon 9am I was unable to give the friend a present on the day. I did speak to a very helpful and efficient person on the monday morning who expressed their regret at the problem and resolved it straightaway. the Email came through in moments. Well done .
