This was my first time using Buyagift to book a spa break and was concerned my preferred dates would not be available but there was no need for me to worry at all. I called in advance, was given confirmation of availability so went ahead with my purchase, waited around 2 hours for the voucher to update, called back and my booking was completed without any hassle. Will definitely be using this service again.
