I thought getting the voucher was easy until I went to use it on a spa day, the site said multiple locations, however upon trying to use the voucher I only got limited sites that were miles away. So after looking again for other spa days it said I had to up the payment. Thinking this would give me what I require. No the same issue happened again.. limited sites miles away. So now I had two vouchers that I couldn’t use. And to top it of I had somehow converted those voucher into two lots of spa days. So i went t Customer service whom was helpful and sorted the vouchers back into my first total and are in the process of refunding my uplift. Unfortunately I still needed a spa day for the wife and the only viable option offered was a day that has cost me triple the original amount I wanted to pay and I still haven’t had a refund from my uplift.. feel very let down by this experience
