Ordered the voucher, but was wrong one. Re-ordered the correct one, but the hotel we wanted to use was not on the list. I rang Buyagift and they were very helpful, were a but puzzled why the hotel wasn't on the list for the particular weekend we needed (we had used this system for the hotel before). They immediately organised a refund which I have received. Very helpful and polite. We have used them before, and not had any problems, just this one glitch.
