I bought Buckingham Palace State Rooms Tour for Two and Reubens Afternoon Tea (a package). I am still waiting to get my tour booked for Buckingham Palace. The link was broken and I was in touch with Customer Service and I am still waiting!!!!
I will never book with you again. In fact if I knew I would have had this trouble (and I am still waiting!!!) I wouldn't have booked this experience in the first place.
I am most upset about the whole deal
