I struggled to order what I wanted on the website and telephoned Customer Service. I spoke to a really lovely person and I may have got this wrong but I think his name was Jamie. He helped me with my order and also refunded the 2 delivery charges as my gift came in two separate batches. I was really impressed with the service that I received and hope the vouchers have the same quality.
