The product I bought was, in my opinion miss labeled and wasn’t what was sold. I have attempted to contact customer services a number of times to request a refund but there is no email or phone number and live chat has disappeared. I’ve made two complaints via the web form and am yet to get any confirmation these have been recieved and have not yet been responded to.
