Unhappy. Have been gifted a Charming Escape, I wished to use a B&B advertised but need a £10 upgrade, which we paid and obtained a new code. Called the B&B who are not taking Buyagift bookings for the date we need. Buyagift give them very little of the Gift fees taken by Buyagift and taking my booking for the date in question isn't worth it to them financially, especially after lockdown. They will take a short notice booking much nearer the date, so we can only wait and see. Not upset with the B&B, their stance is completely understandable, but Buyagift should not be advertising them as available or taking upgrade fees for them IMHO. Quite disgraceful.
