Purchased Portsmouth Historic Harbour package. Website a little vague as to how I would be able to visit on a regular basis. Needed to email Customer Services for explanation. Visitor Guide referred to as part of package was not from Buyagift but would be provided by the Dockyard at first visit! Underwhelmed by Buyagift's "contribution" to the "gift"!T.B
