Appealing customer service from this 'Buy A Gift'. Should have paid an extra £40 and gone direct to the adventure company!! Been trying to get hold of them for weeks to change my voucher, waited on the phone for over 2hrs today (again) only to be cut off. I'll be claiming on my credit card for a refund!!!
