The experience we booked ended up costing double the original stated amount (no T&Cs to indicate otherwise). Both BuyAGift and the provider (a bird of prey experience company) won't take responsibility - leaving the customer out of pocket.
The live chat with BuyAGift always has 30+ in the queue in front. The page has to be kept open, or the chat closes - so does previous conversations/ your place in the queue. Consultants then take 30 minutes to respond that "they're looking into it" and "will respond by XX date" (spoiler alert: they don't). More than two weeks into chasing my money back and it's still unresolved, hence this post.
