I ordered a physical voucher as a leaving present and chose next day delivery so that it would arrive in good time for a colleague’s last day. It didn’t arrive at all. When I got through to customer services (live chat only, no phones) it transpired that the packing team had not sent it out. To be fair to the customer services they immediately sent an e-voucher and refunded the delivery fee, which is why I’ve given a second star, but I was still left with nothing to wrap up and would have preferred it not to happen at all.
