Unfortunately I'm still without my parcel that I paid the extra carriage for to get it quickly. The parcel initially got lost for which I understand happens from time to time and then I was advised I'd receive it 2 days ago and I'm still waiting!..Mistakes happen but my biggest gripe is the difficulty to try and get to speak to an actual person with webchat being the only option available to me. I ordered 2 presents that were both late. I was only then sent 1 digital voucher to get me out of trouble, because of this i had to go through the whole process of webchat twice. I hope the gift experience's that i will have to embarrassingly give late or if i ever get them at all, are better than Buyagift's service.
