Great prices and excellent products. Sadly customer service is not up to the same standard.
No longer is it possible to talk to anyone if there's a problem. I recently contacted customer service 3 times via chat. The problem is still not resolved and I can no longer purchase anything via my account but it's ok if I log in as a guest. Took several hours to do this.
