Tried to book an experience for someone in the U.K. (I'm in Australia). No option for sending the voucher to the recipient and instead, it was emailed to me.
I've emailed the voucher to the person in the U.K. and I'm hoping they are able to redeem it.
Still waiting to hear back from Buy a Gift.
I am really wishing I'd read these reviews before I spent my hard earned on this website. I will be looking elsewhere next time.
