I cancelled a booking experience with Buyagift.
On the live chat, they agreed a refund.
But that does not actually mean what you think it means.
All they do is pass your refund request to an "agent".
Who does absolutely nothing with it.
All you can do is contact your bank and try to get your money back through a chargeback.
