Wasted 2.5hrs of my time booking one of 6 rooms available on their site and at the hotel, but the system says they are unavailable. Live chat unable to offer any help or escalate my complaint. Possibly the poorest experience of any web based business I have come across in the last 30 years. The 'one' star, would be lower...but it doesn't let you! Avoid buying these vouchers and give money or book direct with the venue is the lesson/take home from this!
