My voucher didn't work and staff are unwilling to help. They are unable to pass complaints up to a manager, and give conflicting and untrue answers to queries. It's not worth the risk using this company even though reviews are sometimes favourable. If your voucher doesn't work however, you've lost your money. This company does not care whether or not you get your paid-for experience
