Tried to pay for gift using paypal but each time I tried I was directed to last screen. I gave up in the end but next day got an e-mail offering me 20% discount if I completed my order. I tried again to pay via paypal but it wouldn't work so in the end I paid via my bank card which meant I had to put in my details which I was trying to avoid. You need to sort this out.
