i got the Liverpool stadium tour package but the voucher code did not work. 4 days laters, after 7 emails between buy-a-gift and liverpool, it was resolved.
To be fair, customer service was quick to respond but friendly does not equate to efficient. Hope you can do better in the future. This is my 1st purchase so it really didn't leave a good impression on me.
