On 3rd April 2019 I had a voucher declined as the contract between BuyaGift and the partner company had been changed without my knowledge. As I had bought the voucher in good faith, to be used at a specific hotel, I asked for a refund. As I was outside the 60 day refund period I was offered a credit voucher. This voucher has not yet arrived. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency, unknown change to the conditions and poor customer service.
