Trying to order on line, via a cashback site, because of technical difficulties with Buy A Gift site, I was unable to purchase order on line missing out on 18% cashback. Every time I tried to place order I was told card details error. Also there is no customer service over the weekend. I had to delay buying voucher until Monday over the phone. This also meant delay in booking hotel and availability had changed by the time I was able to process & book voucher.
