Haven't used ours yet. Only criticism is I have printed off our e - vouchers but am still unsure as to whether they will be accepted as printed on them it still instructs you to go on the website and book experience with said provider. We have an open booking so will want to use these in two weeks time. Wish I had requested by post then hopefully all would have been clearer. Dont want to get to London and find we still have to print something else off.
