the buying of the gift was easy enough. but you cannot access the site to check hat the date you require for a tour of London stadium until you pay for tour, when I did purchase the ticket the tour I waned was not available. very frustrating, then process begins to have money returned on card, surely the date should be visible before buying tickets.
