The gift arrived in a timely manner, but unfortunately was sent to the incorrect address. I changed the address within 1 minute of placing the order - it arrived at my address and not the address of the gift recipient. However, the gift arrived at my home and was beautifully presented and I'm very impressed with the service and price - I am sure when it arrives at my friend's address she will be as equally impressed!
