I bought a meal for 2 deal from you for my sons birthday. I gave him the gift card and he went ahead and booked the restaurant in London, booked a hotel nearby, booked trains etc.
He then got a message from the restaurant saying that they had cancelled his booking due to fraudulent behavior!
At no point was I contacted by yourselves, the mess up was at your end as you had sent the wrong voucher out.
Your customer service needs improvement.
I shall use a different company from now on.
