Had a voucher tried to convert to indoor skydiving couldn’t make use of discounted offer
Tried to book hotel, Novotel Blackfriars, really looking forward to it booked Globe theatre to tie in with date 29 August when I wanted to go, converted my voucher but date not available despite being a Thursday two months ahead, they had not got buy a gift availability at hotel despite hotel not being full !!!
Totally frustrated!
