I purchased a Buyagift fo a 2 night break for 2, I emailed the BB and told them I had a Buyagift and asked if they had rooms available in Sept they responded to say they were fully booked for Sept but had availability for October, the same day I emailed the BB requesting they reserve me one of their rooms in October but a few day later they replied saying they were fully booked, after 6 email they still would not offer us a date when we could stay. I think this was because I had a Buyagift Voucher.
