DO NOT USE TO BUY ACCOMMODATION.
You will not be able to use the voucher in a nice(ish) hotel and certainly not on a weekend or during any time of year except maybe a Wednesday mid-winter.
Then your voucher will expire and they will charge you £20 to try and use it on something else.
