Purchased a voucher to use for a specific occasion but when I called to book the date (3 weeks in advance) I was told the experience provider has no availability until mid September. Not entirely Buyagift's fault but it means I can't use the experience for the occasion it was intended and may struggle to use it at all, so wasted my money on the voucher. It would be helpful if Buyagift gave some indication of availability on their website before people committed to buying their voucher.
