we bought a buy a gift voucher for Greenwoods hotel and Spa, Stock, Essex for my daughter in law and Granddaughter.
We tried to contact them by telephone several times, we hung on, were passed from pillar to post, waited in a queue and eventually got cut off, twice!
The same thing happened again this morning!
an e mail told us that nothing was available until 3rd and
September, by which time they will,have gone home.
The receptionist told us the manager was unavailable.
So disappointed, a lovely hotel but no customer service.
