I bought a voucher recently for a zip trekking experience for two... but on booking it, a further £20 was needed. The experience was brilliant and the response from customer service was prompt and detailed, but I still feel that if you buy an experience as a gift, the recipient shouldn’t be expected to top up. It rather takes the shine off it!
