I have still not had the voucher in a gift form which I paid for and was to be posted to me an email form was sent stating this was just in case the other didn't come in time and nothing has come in gift form!
I find this very disappointing considering the time that has elapsed and that I paid extra for this service. My daughter's anniversary is today and I'm very disappointed that all I have is a rather scruffy email voucher.
