I ordered two gift experiences and at checkout only selected gift pack for one of them in error.
I immediately contacted C.Service to ask if they could provide a gift pack for the 2nd and I would pay the additional cost. This hasn't been actioned and so all I have is a voucher code for my other child instead of a gift pack! Can't be that hard surely???
