The voucher was great but the venue unclean! unclean! Unclean! what else can I say ? . The contracted cleaner company needs to be changed , staff need to be trained , rooms need major maintenance not just a lick of paint , grounds are beautiful main house is beautiful from the outside but inside again needs all of the above , the courtyard and woodlands should be closed for cleaning, refurbishment and general maintainance on the outside too , any pics of the gym and pool should be off the website as not a true image of the bad state it is in , pool/snooker room unusable , sauna out of order jacuzzi out of order , limited choice for breakfast on a couple of days , I could go on and on
