I love the idea of these for Christmas gifts but was very disappointed to learn after I’d bought one early that it would automatically lose two months usage. I did write and complain and after the first initial “sorry we can’t help” and further complaining and getting the voucher extended to begin on December 25th (which makes more sense) I came away feeling a lot better about this company.
