Whilst I am happy with the product and the delivery time I am not happy with your communication. I wrote to you on the same day I purchased the product, it read;
"Could you please assist.
I purchased the below gift this morning but forgot to put BLACK26 in in the voucher code.
Could you please reimburse me the 26% OR credit me the amount as I’m sure that I will use buyagift again sometime in the future.
