Delivery - while no fault of yours Hermes is the most useless delivery service on this planet!
They claimed they did not receive the package whilst I paid a next day delivery I had to settle with e vouchers and cut and paste exercises!
BuyaGift sort it out use a better delivery service or don’t offer next day delivery
