The product is fantastic but i ordered on 5th Dec and it didn't arrive till the 18th after i paid delivery for 5 working days . I didn't receive any emails when it would arrive .
emailed customer service who replied they would investigate and come back to me before end of day . They didn't
Bit frustrated about delay but product brilliant . Thanks
